Scroll to section Action for the Navigation buttons

For the block ‘Call to action with a button’ we can choose the Action for the buttons to ‘Scroll to section’.

It will be really helpful to have the same option for the Navigation buttons. Especially for the Side Navigation to help our users find the section they looking for more easily in long pages.

Any update on this? I have seen many one-page websites that their navigation buttons are basically ‘Scroll to section’ action.

We have that on our plans, however for now you can use this method.

The method https://domain.com/#blockid does not work for my case because I want to use buttons with ‘Scroll to section’ action in an Item Details Page and this method overwrites the URL page record ID.

'Scroll to section' to another page DOES NOT WORK

When a sublink from a header is configured to scroll to a section (block) on another page, it goes to the target page, but may not land on the targeted block. Since this has been an ongoing issue that builders have been wasting time configuring, perhaps Softr should remove the scroll to section feature when navigating to another page @artur?
