Loggin issues and no responses from Customer Support

Subject: URGENT: Unable to Access My Softr Account – Verification Codes Expiring & No Customer Support

Hello Softr Community,

I’m reaching out to the community because I’m experiencing ongoing issues accessing my Softr account, and unfortunately, I’ve been unable to get the assistance I need from customer support.

The issue is that whenever I attempt to log in, the verification codes are delivered with significant delays. By the time I receive and enter the code, it has already expired, and I’m repeatedly getting an “Incorrect code” error message. As a result, I’m completely locked out of my account.

This situation is becoming extremely frustrating and is now affecting my ongoing project, as I currently have a developer actively working on my Softr account. Not being able to access the platform is disrupting our workflow and delaying project progress.

I’ve already emailed Softr support explaining the issue and requesting urgent assistance, but I have yet to receive the support or resolution needed.

What’s even more concerning is that I’ve had to create an entirely separate Softr account just to log into this community forum and post this message because I cannot access my original account.

I’m hoping someone from the Softr team or community can help escalate this issue and point me in the right direction.

Has anyone else experienced delayed verification codes or been locked out of their account due to the “Incorrect code” error? If so, how were you able to resolve it?

I would sincerely appreciate an immediate response from someone on the Softr team who can help restore access to my original account.

Thank you in advance for any assistance. I really need to get this resolved as soon as possible.

Hi @Curt, David from the Softr support team here.

I’m sorry you’re locked out and that you haven’t received the help you needed. I’d like to look into this for you.

Could you please send me a private message here with the email address of your original Softr account? That way you don’t have to share it publicly, and I can check why the verification codes are delayed and help you get access back.
