One Time Verification Code is unreliable! Several of my app UserS have complained that they waited endlessly for the code to be delivered in their inbox, but it didnt come, even though I set it to expire after 5 minutres. I verified my email account, and set up DKIM as directed by softr, but the codes remain inconsistent. Where can I find delivery logs and how do I get this fixed. HELP!

Thanks, @artur . I checked Postmark’s status and everything looks operational on their end. I’ve also chatted with your support team, and they confirmed they’ve experienced this OTP delivery delay as well. The issue is that the codes still aren’t being delivered consistently to my users, even with DKIM set up correctly. Could this be related to how Softr handles the OTP generation/expiry, or is there a way for me to access delivery logs in Softr to confirm if the messages are actually reaching Postmark?
This is an issue for me as well. And unacceptable.
+1 - we launched our app recently and have been getting reports of users not getting the verification email

@artur. Again, its time to focus more on improving and supporting existing features instead of constantly releasing new ones. Why would anyone want to adopt new features when old ones are unreliable? Also, how useful is an app if essential features involved in onboarding do not work?

we see those issues happening for some and not for others…
If you have a specific email that doesn’t get email we are able to check it… usually it ends up being easy fix as some people have rules that filters certain emails or their custom domain DKIM is not setup right etc…
Please ping support with specific email and we will check

Hmm not sure what you mean Yesterday we did not have a downtime… we had short DDOS and some requests could have failed in Studio but not a downtime and it was few mins… But email sending is another service that could have issues… Can you DM email you send message ?
We lost access to apps temporarily yesterday.
When the app was accessible the data from Airtable was still not pulling through for at least 15 minutes even after deleting caches.
The issue with one time verification code appears to be a syncing issue when a user tries request OTP. In Softr they’re not recognised as a User as the ‘sync’ is not up to date (see below) so the ‘Sync records that match all the records’ does not pull the users from Airtable to Softr.

Not sure what can be done quickly here but we are rolling out Airtable Sync this and next week and we will see how it improves…
In a month we will revisit user sync and improve to make it near instant
Hi Artur, I’m having the same issue as discussed above. I tested last night and the verification code was sent properly. I made no changes to configuration, and today it is not working. What should we do about this?
