How I could just create a Categories in airtable

I think nobody answer this ask
My topic is similar.
I had a table called Perks with a lot of fields, one of those fields is: “Categories”,
I just want a interface with the 5 or 6 Categories (just the unique name of categories not every single record of categories), and then when people click on every categorie, go to details of each category (the other fields on Perks)
BUT
the UX of softr doesn’t alllow me to just build that first interface.
Because the filters are not good enough, Would be better just an option of ““Show only group headers”” or something.
Thats very frustrating because is just a single action

Hi @lucho.delgadoco,

Thank you for your post and for bringing the older thread to our attention. I’ve also responded to that thread, so please take a look.

For your use case, I recommend creating a linked record instead. You’ll need to set up a page with a list block to display the categories and another page with a list detail and list block to show the perks associated with the selected category. Please check the attached resources for more details on how to create such a setup.
