I have my home page set to my "about us” page, but when I click on the header logo the redirects to the “team” page. Is something overriding the home page link?
Is it possible to increased the logo size without using custom code?

To change where the logo redirects, please update the Page Rules for your user group to point to your desired page. More details can be found here: Page Rules – Softr Help Docs
When a logged-in user clicks the logo, they are redirected to the page defined for them as Home, according to the Page Rules for their user group
If you need the to change the logo size, you can use a custom code snippet to scale the logo in the new navigation. The code and instructions are available in this community thread: Resize logo in new header? - #2 by matthieu_chateau
