I know this is possible in Custom Code, sort of, but it seems something so obvious that I thought I would ask for it as a feature request.

Ideally an option on any Text field would be to have an icon (a bit like the info icon) that triggered a copy to clipboard.

I have users building documents, emails etc from things they’ve research in the database. A simple click to copy button would be so helpful.

I had seen this before but hadn’t taken the trouble to try it out and it’s much easier than I thought.

It would be good to get the clipboard icon attached to a field in much the same way as the tooltips icon, but this is a workaround for the moment.
