Syncing with Airtable views have limitations that aren’t compatible with the performance gains that we have with DSV2 so all blocks that are specifically linked to an Airtable view will keep working without DSV2 benefits.
For a block to be compatible with DSV2 for Airtable, you will have to connect to an Airtable table and setup the filters & sorting options within Softr, not relying on an Airtable view.
Hey G the problem we have with setting Softr filters is that there’s no way to group conditional filters. So we cant move away from Airtables superior filtering as Softrs filters would break our display.
Be great if Softr can add in grouping conditional filtering so we can utilise DSV2 enhancements like @marc-encawa posted below
@FPX better filter will come this quarter or early next one…
If you have have really complex filters as view, one solution could be to have some of those as formula in Airtable and then use the result in a simpler filter
We have to be very careful with data that gets shown and also we find it takes alot to get the AI responses working properly (as per below example showing how much detail we have to prompt into Softr instructions). So when we run into AI credit limit this means we cannot even test this feature. How are we supposed to know if its going to work if we cant even set it up?
When i tested Ask AI, just opening chatbot use AI credits and i was very surprised to see AI credits usage for only 1 request! AI Ask is excellent but the cost stopped me to consider this tools in my app
