A better page management system

Dear team, we still desperately need a better way to manage apps with many pages.

A folder structure with some nesting would go a long way and presumably relatively easy to introduce.

Agreed. A folder system for pages would be great. It would be nice if those folders also formed part of the URL structure. For example. if I create a folder named Projects, the url would automatically be domain.com/projects/project-name.

While we’re on the topic, some other “at a glance” fields that would be useful for page managenent:

  • Date created
  • Date modified
  • Inbound dependencies (other pages/elements in Softr linking to it)
  • Outbound dependencies (see above)
  • Visibility (user groups, web/mobile etc)

Hey @Q8T @TobyMacLeod @swshrey @Tools @Grainne I have built a page manager for softr using folders. It is free to use.

You can get it here:

Thanks, @acjnas. I don’t use a Chrome based browser, so this won’t work for me.

Ditto

@acjnas I on the other hand DO use Chrome - will be able to trial this later this week but sounds extremely promising! Mny tks for creating and proposing…

We understand and are working towards providing a solution for this. Thanks for your feedback here :raising_hands:t3:
