Has anyone used the workflow system to trigger emails? It seems fine for the actual record fields, but lookup fields are formatted like [{“id”:“xxxxxxxxxxxx”,“label”:“name of entry”}] (I have anonymised the data). Wondering if I’m missing something simple? Have added a find records step to the workflow which works fine, but just odd that lookup fields don’t work.
