Workflows in Softr will (and already do) let you expand your apps in powerful ways—whether it’s through a Zapier-like editor to connect with popular apps, or internal workflows to create advanced UI flows (like showing a loading screen, navigating to another page, and more).
It’s still early, but as a beta user, you’ll have the chance to help shape this product before we launch it publicly in the coming months.
Eeeek! I am so excited about this! I have a client that I really want to move to SDB, but since we utilize automations in Airtable, we haven’t been able to do that. I see so much potential with this solving issues or removing obstacles for some of my other projects, as well.
Does anyone have access to the Workflow Beta yet? From what I can tell I signed up right when they announced the beta was open, and haven’t heard a thing. I have a great project to test Worflows with and have had to subscribe to a Zapier plan in the meantime.
We’re slowly giving out access to the people on our list with new people getting access each day. Thanks for checking in. You should have access shortly.
Thanks @Jjenglert , I had a look at that but it didn’t help with my use case. What I’m trying to do is when I start a project, it creates a list of standard tasks from a template table based on the type of project it is. I’ve thought I’d done it right using the bulk action (loop) but it ends up giving each task the same name rather than the ones from the template table.
Within the loop, you can look to add a step that applies a unique name for each item in the loop. Maybe even a simple AI action to read the task, and generate something for you if needed.
