What's Your Secret to a Smooth Collaborative Workflow?

Hello Softr community,

I’m looking for some advice and best practices on how other teams manage their Softr projects with multiple collaborators.

We’re trying to involve more people in building and maintaining our pages, but we’re running into some challenges. Specifically, we’re finding that with multiple people having editing permissions, it’s difficult to keep track of changes and prevent unintentional modifications. There doesn’t seem to be a built-in review or version history feature, which makes it even harder to manage.

I’d love to hear from teams who have successfully navigated this. What processes, rules, or external tools are you using to make collaboration easier and more controlled?

  • Do you have a specific workflow for making and approving changes?
  • What solutions have you come up with to address the lack of a review feature?
