Hi Softr team,
I’d like to suggest a small but very practical UX improvement.
Currently, it’s possible to add notes to a block, but there’s no visible indicator on the block itself showing that notes are attached. As a result, you only discover them if you actively look for them — unless I’m missing something.
For general notes this may be fine, but for important notes, warnings, or action items, this isn’t very practical. Users can easily overlook critical information.
It would be extremely helpful if a block could display a small visual indicator (for example, a dot or badge - not unlike the visibility) when notes are attached.
Even better would be the ability to control the color of that indicator, such as:
-
Green = informational note -
Yellow = warning -
Red = to-do / action required
This would significantly improve visibility and usability, especially in more complex apps where blocks represent important content or workflow steps.
Curious to hear if this is already possible or on the roadmap.
Thanks!
