View Notion Page Data (not just database fields)

I am able to connect Notion as a Data Source, but would also like to be able to see the Notion page data. We store formatted text in the body of Notion pages and would like to share this with clients we invite our portal. It doesn’t make sense to just display the database fields, since the content wouldn’t neatly fit into a text field.

Below is an example. It would be great to click through to the page information. I was told this was on Softr’s radar, but I didn’t see this listed on the feature roadmap.

Hey, thanks for the suggestion, it is added to our feature requests list. Indeed, we are planning to improve Notion db connection with Softr. But, we currently do not have any specific dates to provide now.

i second this feature request

To be honest, without support for the data on the pages I find Notion compatibility of Softr a bit misleading (although it’s mentioned on the site under the FAQ for the Notion integration).

Notion is after all primarily about the Notes taking functionality and the DB functionality is “only” instrumental to it.

Full Notion support would be a game-changer though!

@J_1 we are doing PoC to see what’s possible the challenge is that content of the page could be anything  if the expectation is to represent the content one by one we would need to build notion within Softr  but we are checking to see if we can show the basic content

Very true, the types of content that one is able put on a Notion page is indeed vast!
I’m not familiar with what the API even gives you in its response tbh.
It seems some of the companies offering front-ends could make it so good that people could use it as a full website builder for Notion: Best Notion Website Builders - 2025 Review

For me just the text that retains basic formatting would go a looong way already, inline images would be perfect, and tables or inline databases would be spectacular
