Users status automatically goes to Activated (even though never been sent an invite, signed in)

This is still happening… users becoming activated when not activated.
Can someone please help solve this issue AND explain the issue? @Jjenglert @Suzie @Aramo @Marine.Hovhannisyan @Andranik @sveta.ohanyan

  1. User received the below ‘link expired’ after clicking on the ‘Accept Invite’ link which gets sent to user when clicking ‘Send Invite’ from Softr.

  2. The user became Activated even though they never set password to be able to sign in because it has expired.

Can this PLEASE get fixed as holding back onboarding users as too many bugs with this process and only finding them out from calling customers…

Questions to Softr Team:

  1. At what point does Activated occur? [i.e. why do users become activated when they’re not activated]

  2. What timeframe is the expiry set to on the ‘accept-invitation’?

  3. How would we know invites are expired?

  4. How do we trust Activated status is accurate going forward and what measures will Softr put in place?
