I have had a marketplace for just two months and I have already 5 users who can’t register or log in. These users are what I know, but probably there are many more. Does anyone have the same issue with softr?

I already did on each case. 
I asked this question because I want to know how common is this problem within other apps which are build in softr. I find this problem quite unpleasant.
