User Group Tags Won't Manually Alter

I have a few user groups based on conditions - and one user that has been added manually to a set of groups by mistake. These groups will not be removed when I try and deselect them and save. Every time, after refresh the user is still assigned to these extra groups.

Hi @HarwellXPS when you adjust User groups or unassign a user, please click “Publish updates” for the changes to apply

@HarwellXPS there are 1-2 mins cache so after that group will be updated
