Unable to redirect to custom domain

Hi all,

I’m trying to use the custom domain redirection but it simply doesn’t work.

Steps I followed:

  • I’ve changed the domain redirection on my hosting provider account (this is OVH, a french provider)
  • I see the green check for the A and CNAME custom domain items in Softr
  • I’ve checked the DNS with DNS lookup and it tells me the redirection is indeed in effect

Problem: I’m still having my index.html page popping in as I access the website.
I should be landing on my Softr website.

Am I missing something here ?

Hi Emmanuel,

Please make sure to check and delete any AAAA records you may have while setting up the custom domain and publish your app again.

Thanks Marine, indeed I had other AAAA IpV6 records conflicting with my redirection.
This is now working fine.
