I’m getting an error trying to send data from a Softr form to Airtable. It works in a different app (same softr account, same airtable API key – different base), but not the new one I’m creating.
“Unable to create Airtable record. Invalid permissions”
There’s nothing in the base that should prevent creation of new records. It’s my base, my API key, and it works for a different app.
I’ve even stripped it all back to a single text field in a new table, single text field form. Nada.
Perhaps you have changed Airtable table/base name and did not change/refresh them in the Softr Studio. Can you please try and let me know if you still have the same issue?
I’m an idiot and I was using the API key for a different Airtable account. (Logged in on my Mac app, clicked “account” to get API key, but it sends you to the web version where I was logged in as a different user.)
