The softer video player allows users to download the videos. How to stop that?

Hi,
I want to build a portal where clients can have access to training videos and other video material that I do not want to show publicly (that the whole point of having a portal with a log-in, right?)

Unfortunately, the standard video player allows users to download the video onto their computer, which is absolutely not acceptable.

Is there a way to stop that? I don’t understand why there is no way to configure the look of the video player.

Quick follow up question:
Are you limited to integrate youtube or vimeo? Or can I embed basically any other player?
I need a video hosting service that is GDPR approved. Neither YT nor Video fits that request.

While you can embed any other player you’d like, our video blocks may only play Youtube links and a few others.

So the embed option might be best for you.
