Need help with new navigation header, please!

Hi All… I’m having issue, and concerns, with the new navigation header. [BTW - I dislike it very much!] Here is I’d like to do, which I was able to do before the update: I’d like to know ‘how’ to scroll to the a section on the same page from a drop down menu on the navbar? There us no option for this anymore. How do I change the background color of the navbar? I cannot find it, I was able to do this before. How do change the font and font size in the navbar, cannot find it, I was able to do…
