Stop video downloads

Hi All,

First timer here! I have been using bubble.io for some time and thought i would see what all the noise around Softr was!

Anyway - i have built out a platform that uses video files saved in my airtable - everything is great but the page viewer can download them.

How can i stop this? I have over 800 videos saved via a complex automation scenario and dont want to move these to vimeo or alike.

I have prevented right click which is working great but there is the download on the video player itself.

Hi chad! Welcome =)

While there are a handful of solutions, I’ve found the best video hosting/streaming option for Softr to be with Youtube videos. So by storing the Youtube links, you can show those in Softr, which look and perform well.

Is this an option for you?

Thanks @Jjenglert - i will look into it, as it will mean another step in the current process. They are also a mix of short and long form vertical videos so youtube can be tricky about those!
