Hi @aar0n, we already have a sorting option for the builder to sort the data on the List block. Are you looking to have this option exposed to users?

Sorting the order of the items in the dropdown list would be nice, too. Following AirTable’s settings would be ideal.

Yeah, I was just starting to look for any way I can add sorting exposed to the end user, so I’m just bumping this question.

When do you expect to deploy the new blocks with sorting available to the end user, @gedastava?

@artur @Mariam @gedastava - any updates on this? This would be a kill feature on my website to allow users to sort by new, old, A-Z, Z-A etc…

Yeah… one of the more fundamental features of listings…

This is extremely important. We use Softr for internal catalog purposes and it’s really hard for people to prioritize how they go through lists of information when you can’t sort. It would be amazing to have for both lists and tables, but one or the other would probably be acceptable.

@gedastava it’s been some time since the new versions of blocks have been released now, but no sign of this functionality yet. Any update on this?
