Hi. In a bit of a pinch as we’re onboarding a new trial user.
Their magic link doesn’t seem to work on their side, however, when I try it on my side it works fine. So I expect this is a security restriction on their browser. As a workaround, I am trying to manually set a password via the default “Profile” block that we have available to users.
I just recreated the Profile block to ensure it’s configured as default.
When I attempt to change passwords but entering in a New Password at the bottom, then click, “Change Password”, I get this error on the left in red:
Something went wrong.
Application doesn’t have sign in block.
Does anyone have a quick fix? I’m concerned this is ruining the trial user experience. Thanks!
Here’s a snapshot of the error:

We’re getting this error right now when users try to sign up. No changes have been made to our system.

Hi! Can you please invite support@softr.io as a collaborator to your app? Also, can you DM the studio link so support can access it? We think we have a solution but want to confirm with access to your app. Thanks
I am on danvolkens’s team. We just added support as a collaborator on our app.

Great, send me your app link via direct message and then I’ll have an engineer check it out shortly!
I’m not seeing any DM functionality in this community. Can you appoint me in the right direction? In the meantime I sent an email to support
Yeah, you can email me at jj@softr.io or support@softr.io

I just sent you a dm with a question about the app link. Tks!

Solved via DMs. There was a bug that engineering has since fixed.
