Softr Form + Softr Database : Automation/Workflow

Hello Softr Community,

I have created a form called “Form - Service Engineering Report”

This form is integrated with Softr Database by the name “GT” which has 3 Tables in them.

  1. Temptronic AMC(Master)
  2. AMC Pending Report
  3. Service engh report

I want to build a workflow which do the below actions,

  1. Once an engineer fills the form, a new record has to be created in “Service engh report” table

  2. Once an engineer fills the form “Date” column in “Service engh Report” syncs up with “AMC date field” in the “TEMPTRONIC AMC” table.

  3. If the record “AMC End Date” in “Temptronic AMC” table< 1 month from current date, AND “AMC Date” is empty, then we show up the row in the live dashboard.
