Has anyone had fields in records deleted when updating a record in your app? Twice now, I have updated fields via the UI but the data will not stick. In one instance I was updating three fields, two cost fields and a markup field and could never get all three to update - had to enter it in the database directly. Another time it was just a formula field that was supposed to give me a calculation on two other fields. If I entered one of them, it cleared the other two out. Support wanted me to create a test page and scenario but just haven’t had the time to troubleshoot it for them. Most of my support tickets are “passed along” to the team and then I never hear back, so trying to see if anyone else out there has had this issue.

I’ve built a ton in SD and interfaces, and never experienced this. Nor have I seen anyone else report this. Can I encourage you to connect with our live support so they can learn more about your app, and possibly, have an engineer review whats going on?
I have already connected with support… They said that due to the current workload and prioritization of requests that they will get back with me when they have time to review. I have two screen recordings of this issue if you’re interested.
