Softr charts - counting all records falling in the same year

I’m trying to work this one out …

My Airtable records all contain an (event) date field dd/mm/yyyy

I’d like to show the total number of records (events) in 2019, 2020, 2021 etc.

How would I do this to show as a bar chart in Softr please?

Can you create a new formula field that puts next to each record the year? then you can use it as X axis value

I already have that field :slight_smile: I hadn’t realised I could use it this way. Thanks @artur I’ll try that and report back here.
