Simplified Language Versioning and Label Translation

  • Easy Creation of Language Versions:
  • Allow users to create multiple language versions of their applications seamlessly. This would involve duplicating the app structure and content for each required language without having to create separate pages manually.
  • Label Translation Management:
  • Provide a user-friendly interface to translate labels and other text elements within the application. This should include the ability to switch between different languages easily during the translation process.
    Database Field Management:
  • Offer options to either maintain the same database fields across different language versions or link other fields for certain data.

Hi @AlexLFT, thank you for the detailed feature reqeust. It was added to our feature requests list to consider when planning further app updates.

Meanwhile, you can also check out the translation tool called Weglot described here which can be implemented to the Softr-built apps for translation purposes.

This is very very nice approach to a multilanguage portal. some sort of “.po” file or entrance.
