Sign Up with Google (only) Element

Like the Sign In with Google element that just allows users to sign in with Google, I need an element that only allows users to Sign Up with Google. This would be as simple as hiding the manual Sign Up fields, but I can’t.

I can use the Sign In element to sign users up, but I can’t restrict it to domains like I need to.
