Right align number column in table block?

Is it possible to right-align columns in the table block? This is the convention for numeric columns but I’m unable to find a way to do this.

This post is a bit older but I have a similar question - mainly how to center text in a table column. I added a screenshot. The Risk Index column data is so far right on a larger monitor it looks like it is data for the capital column. Centering would properly position the data.

Can this be done with custom CSS?

Not sure if this was posted before update, but they did make numbers automatically right aligned… the only problem is that headers are still left aligned which is really odd… anyone know if this is going to be fixed soon? Or at least some settings to adjust this in the styling..
