Rating with numbers

Hi all. I’m developing a new app with a questionnaire. W’re using Tally in the old app but want to use the forms in Softr. The answers to the questions must be given on 5 or 7 point likert scale (linear scale). In the new forms in Softr we only have the rating field. Is there a way to redesign that with numbers instead of stars?

I don’t think this is an entirely satisfactory solution, but I’ll put it out there anyway:

An Airtable single select field with options 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 (or 1-7) mapped to the Softr form
