Putting a table block on an online form

This is a bit of a long shot, but we’re asking clients to complete a pre-formatted Excel sheet with information and send it back to us, which we then import into Softr. Since the clients don’t (yet) have access to log into the application, it would be great to send them a Softr form and have them fill in the multiple rows.

Is there any way of putting something like a Table block on a Softr form?
