Conditions:
-softr free plan - List block
-Airtable free plan: one table with 1000 records
Goal: website opinion to everyone (non-logged users)
The user, using filters, will select the product (card in Softr) and will give his/her opinion in a form. The form will be prefilled with the product name, and the user will fill the rating criteria (smell, taste, …).
I am struggling with the form.
How can the form be prefilled with the product’s name? How can the user give her/his opinion without creating a new record?

Two ways to do this:
Create a drop down field in Airtable that lists all your Products, users select one Product in the Softr form and gives feedback. A new record is created for each piece of feedback, with a single Product selected - so you could group by Product in Airtable to view each Product’s feedback.
Or
Softr form is used to create new linked records (one per person’s feedback) in an Opinions table, each linking to one Product (from the Products table). The Softr form would need to reference the Opinions table and the Product is selected using a Dropdown.
Thank you. But I don’t want new records. For each product, I want an average from user’s feedback (1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 stars) . I have cretaed rollup fields in airtable and it is working however for each user’s opinion is created a new record.
Without using new records, where will a user’s feedback be stored (which table, which field name)?
Ok. Thank you. Since I will collect a big number of feedbacks I think I will transfer my rating table to google sheets.
