Does anyone know a solution for peer-to-peer video conferencing (and/or scheduling - like ‘Zoom Scheduler’ + Zoom basically) that can be smoothly integrated into Softr?
I am building a B2B service marketplace for AI professionals. I’d love to allow users to:
- Schedule a meeting together (based on each other’s available times)
- Join the video conference (with or without someone from my team as active host)
- Ideally, record the session automatically, everyone can get the transcript
Or am I asking for too much? :')
Right now I’m setting up AtomChat for P2P messaging, it’s looking ~ok still going through the kinks. They have a video conferencing feature but it’s $99/mo if you want to allow that, and even higher for allowing screenshare in the calls.
Otherwise, the workarounds I’m thinking of are pretty convoluted. I would love if there was an easy integration here but I’m willing to do what it takes! Thanks for any guidance!
Hi @Laura_FindAIPros, thanks for your suggestion. I added it to our feature requests list to consider when planning further app improvements.
Meanwhile, for the scheduling feature, you can use Calendly integration in Softr as described here: Use Case: Embedding Calendly in List Details – Softr Help Docs

Thanks Marine! The main concern I have is that each user would have to bring their own calendar, and we want to have the recordings of all the video calls. (It’s a marketplace so we’re trying to prevent ‘leakage’.)
For now my workaround is we will manually send a Doodle poll (connected to our own Zoom) to any users who want to have a video meeting. That way we can be present or at least record the call. It’s definitely not ideal
I see. Indeed, it is not an ideal workaround but at least it is a working one. By the way, the possibility of having an option of scheduling/booking a time slot along with a possibility of recording video calls are in our suggestions list, we will consider adding them in the future.
