We lost access to apps temporarily yesterday.
When the app was accessible the data from Airtable was still not pulling through for at least 15 minutes even after deleting caches.
The issue with one time verification code appears to be a syncing issue when a user tries request OTP. In Softr they’re not recognised as a User as the ‘sync’ is not up to date (see below) so the ‘Sync records that match all the records’ does not pull the users from Airtable to Softr.
