On/Off Toggle for Settings?

Hey, there has anyone every found a custom code or workaround for creating something similar to a Toggle which can be used within settings?

The breaking point for me is to make the toggle store the information as well.

Currently just running with a Form which includes checkboxes even though I don’t really like the Checkbox Optic hence it is super off (text above the checkbox in 9/10 times) or sometimes the multiselect.

I’d like to use this as a setting for notifications so I currently just use the Form to let them unsubscribe. Not a very elegant solution.

I am grateful for any input!

Hmm, unfortunately I’m not sure if this one is possible. I haven’t seen a custom code approach this either. I’ll show this to our team for future product considerations.

On/Off toggles have been requested for some time for compatible type fields. Toggles are very commonly used UI elements. I am hoping Softr will introduce them soon.

Is there any update on the toggle feature? It doesn’t appear on the public roadmap. Thanks!

Any update on on/off toggle switch UX element?

Toggle switches are everywhere on the modern web nowadays. Checkboxes look old and dry. Checkboxes make websites look like they are from 1990’s. Ironically, Softr app itself uses toggle switches all over its own front end.

So, why not give us, your users, the same abilities to have in our apps?

Thanks!
