No map-to field in form block

Hi,

I’m trying to link mailerlite to my form. It works with the Call to action with email capture block.

But this isn’t working with the form I’m building so I’m unable to link the email submitted to mailerlite.

the map-to field in the form block isn’t showing up and I need this to link the fields to my email integration.
