New table block showing no records

I have a new table block which is connected to a Monday data source. The new table block will not show any records. When I try to recreate the block as an old-style table block, everything appears perfectly. As far as I can see I’m not getting any errors or unexpected results to point to why the new block won’t display the information.

Obviously I’m doing something wrong somewhere, but I have checked everything I can think of! What steps do I need to follow to troubleshoot the issue?

Welcome to the community. Can you ensure that once you connect the table block (using the source) tab, that you select the tab you want to use?

Also, then go into the (content) tab and ensure there are fields showing there?

Finally, make sure there are no conditional filters that might be restricting your data from showing.

Otherwise, we’re not aware of any bugs here so hopefully this will correct things for you!

I’ve connected the table block and ensured it’s connected to the right data.

There are no conditional filters.

On the (content) tab, the fields are there where I would expect to see them.
(I had to delete the extra screenshots I added showing this because I’m only allowed one per message!)

But it still doesn’t display in the new block, compared to the old block set up with the same data.

Sorry, i meant to say “Table”. The source looks well configured. Looks like we need to escalate this one to support to see what’s going on. You can contact them by clicking on the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of your app when you’re in Softr studio.
