Really excited about the ClickUp integration! But are you aware of the current limitation that makes it nearly unusable for most ClickUp-based client setups?
Right now, Softr only allows connecting to a single ClickUp list. That’s a huge blocker because most ClickUp workspaces, especially for agencies or service teams, organize clients or projects into folders, with separate lists inside each. There’s no way to dynamically pull tasks across those lists or even select a folder-level data source. So unless you dump all your tasks into one mega-list, there’s no clean way to build a client portal or cross-project dashboard in Softr.
Even worse, tasks that technically do exist in the connected space or list are still invisible if they’re homed in another list, even though the API supports retrieving them using include_timl=true.
This limitation effectively breaks the integration for any structured ClickUp workspace. I really want to use this, but right now it’s just not viable unless this gets addressed.
