So I am debating to upgrade my subscription to the pro version for the calendars. I am currently using the trail but am struggling to add two events to the same calendar.
To give an idea what I am trying to do I am tracking my recruitment and we have a phone interview and and face to face interview both of which I have different date columns for on my airtable. I am trying to add both of these events to one calendar on softr but it is only letting me add the start time and end time for 1 event?
Is there anyway around this to get 2-3 different events on the same calendar as I would also want to get my product training days on the same calendar as well which is another field on my airtable?
Hi there! Yeah, you just need to create a new table in airtable that brings all of your events together in one place.
So a table for “events” and then a field for “event type”. And then use this table for your data source, and it will bring it all of the events on this table, and then you can use “event type” field to show which type of event that it is!

This does work but now I am stuck between being able to colour code my different events on the calendar or having this times displayed on them but not able to have both.
Like how easy softr has been to link with airtable but this calendar feature has been very tough to crack thought it would be easier to use and have more features being on the professional plan. I am really struggling with linking all my events in one calendar in an easy to read format. Maybe I am asking for too much from a no code software haha!
