You recently moved the chatbox from the left to the right, meaning that when I speak to one of your employees, I can’t do anything in Softr Studio (at least not parallelly). You need to close the chat, make changes/screenshots/etc, then open it again. It was more convenient before (when it was on the left).
The best would be of course to be able to move the chatbox wherever you want!
