On the sign up block, no required message is shown when the form is submitted without a optin for the terms&conditions:
only the checkbox is border is marked red: see screenshot
But that will be missed by many users imho.
Request:
Show a ‘field is required’ just like all other fields on the sign up form.
Or do I miss something here?
