We are currently using the email based tokens for our MFA, and there is a slight issue when it comes to the login screen that is confusing our users.
When they request a code, it displays a 60 second countdown which some of our users are mistaking to mean they only have 60 seconds to enter the code, rather than it being a count down to requesting a new one. Unfortunately the login pages are some of the few that ive not been able to edit in a way to add useful context for our users.
Is there a way to remove this time, or otherwise edit this page?
Alternatively, has anyone found a way to mix and match email ad app based tokens for their MFA? I would much prefer our users use an app, but there are a significant few who will have to use email based tokens
