Massive problems with user and documents data

Hi there

I have build a customer portal with 2 Google Sheets “Documents” and “User”. The web app is quite simple but still I face many problems.

I created a customer with an avatar image in the User table. In the Documents table, I have created two documents with the corresponding e-mail address as the identifier.

However, the documents are not displayed in the web application. In addition, the wrong company with the wrong picture is displayed (Screenshot 1), although everything is stored correctly under ‘My profile’ (Screenshot 2). I think I have done everything correctly and do not know where the error lies.

Who can help me?

Hi there,

There is likely something going on with the way that you’re linking your data, whether in softr or your DB. I think it would be best to contact support so they can access your app and DB to see what the error in the linking is happening.
