Managing activated users

I’m creeping toward the top end of my allowable activated user count. So I am looking to deactivate users. The users interface only shows 15 rows at a time but also does NOT show any tally of the different users status’. Am I missing something?? Is there some other way to view the users so I can see how many I have in each status?

Ah, I see what you’re saying. Doing this for a lot of users could be challenging at the moment.

I’d start with this first to see if it helps:

1. Go into your sync settings

2. Review your rules for “active” user sync

3. AND rules for deactivating synced users.
