Hello everyone!
I’m trying to make an internal tool with Softr using Airtable as a data source, but I’m running into a limitation on the number of records in the Basic plan. While in Airtable I have 150k per database, in Softr I only have 50k per app.
My idea was originally to make a single app so that everyone could access the same place, combining different Airtable databases, but now I can’t even use just one.
Also, within that plan, the idea is to manage only the most recent records, leaving the new ones only available in Airtable to consult and edit in another way.
What solution could be found for this?
Is there a filter in the data entry to force it to take only the latest records from each table? (each one will have its own criteria)
Or, as new records appear, Softr “forgets” the oldest ones and only reads the new ones?
Moving to Xano or another database it’s not an option right now. Upgrading softr plan could be an option in the future.
