Loading speed of supabase data

Hi all,

My start with softr has been very promising, until 2 days ago.

Loading data from my Supabase data source has been so bad to the point that it feels unusable. Data will either not load from some tables giving back a “Failed to obtain JDBC Connection” error, or loading of data will take good 7-8 seconds (it’s from a table with 6 records in total).

I tried messaging support directly via live chat, but I am getting errors that the message isn’t sent.

@plamen this usually happens if you don’t tune connection pool in supabase side… Can you please set the pool size to 40 ?

Hey artur, thanks for the feedback. I’ve done that but still not happy with the speed of data loading. I’ve switched to native softr db.

You will have better outcome with Softr DB :slight_smile:
