One thing worth adding: if you are building the Softr app for a client and they need to manage their own user list without accessing your Softr admin, you can set up a Data Source connected to an Airtable users table and then build a dedicated Users management page that only superadmin-role users can access. That way the client admin can add or remove users through the Softr interface itself without needing login credentials to your Softr workspace.
The key setup step is making sure the email column in your Airtable users table exactly matches the email Softr uses for authentication, otherwise the permission sync does not work correctly.
