List Blocks’ item fields can be in the Main or the Secondary section. For some weird reason, the item fields added to the Secondary section have a Tooltip property, but the item fields added to the Main section do not. We need the tooltip specifically for items in the Main section.

Must have been an oversight. I can’t think of a legit reason why Softr would not have made the tooltip available for the Main section item fields on purpose.
Tooltips are only supported on fields that display a label. In the List block, fields in the main (top) section don’t have labels, so tooltips aren’t applied there. Fields in the secondary section do show labels, which is why tooltips work in that area.
We’ll make sure this is clearer in the Studio UI to avoid confusion, but for now this is expected behavior.
