"Link to another record": show the details in Softr for a linked record

I have created in Airtable a system to support the organization of field trips in my school.
Tab 1: Trip general information
Tab 2: Transporation detailed information
Tab 3: Activities detailed information
Tab 4: Risk Assessment

When creating a new Trip in the tab 1, it automatically create a new record in the 3 other tabs.

On Softr, I am showing on Trip List Page the data coming from the Tab 1. But I would like a user on softer to be able to, when clicking on a trip to open the page wit the details for the Trip (from Tab 1 which is done) but also to the records from the Tab 2, 3 and 4 related to the record from tab 1.

As Softr I believe, shows the data related to a specific record ID, it does not show the details from the other tab.

Is there a way in Softr to allow a user to click on the record from tab 1 to see the data from the other tabs too?

I believe I can do this with MiniExtension but I would like to avoid to use it for now.

Hi Pascal,

Having a link to another record field + lookup fields in Airtable is the classic solution for your use case.

In table 1 = link to another record fields linking to table 2,3 and 4 and as many look up fields as necessary to display data in table 1.

You can also use condition filters of dynamic blocks in Softr to display the right records in table 2, 3 or 4 linked to a record in table 1.
