I have a Softr application using Airtable as the data source. I created a portal login and then a page with a grid view of an Airtable table with edit buttons for each row.
When I click on the edit button I get a modal popup with the fields I want to edit.
I do the edit, click confirm, and it updates the grid view as expected.
Today I created a new user for the portal, one that Airtable doesn’t know about (the portal user credentials being stored by Softr) and tested again and it still works.
So this suggests I can get Softr users to edit Airtable data without having Airtable Collaborator accounts. Is that correct?
